A non-Russian friend is looking for a friend in Russia.

A special kind of friend

This friend needs to understand the functioning of the Russian government and/or military, have a very good grasp of mainstream and digital media, advertising, and other skills that one would find useful in a political environment of changing loyalties, elections, and similar. They also need to speak English.

What they'd be doing

Nothing illegal or risky: They'd be doing media strategy consulting for a government subcontractor, not in Russia or any affiliated country. Particularly consulting on media presence and crisis management during an election.
